I’ve talked about this one before, but this was a treat to see in person at KBIS 2024. Even tho its technically a small appliance, just knowing about this products for your client’s will help them know what’s new and out there to support the way they choose to cook. AGA Classic
When I saw this in the Middleby booth at KBIS 2024, I was truly impressed! From 24 in wide to almost 83 in wide style ranges and a ton of colors to choose from, this is a must product to look at and consider for a future project. I know it won’t be ideal for all projects due to its retro style look, but it could encourage you to think differently about how to design a space. The cooking design to me also stood out here, your clients can roast, bake, and simmer – plus there are two hotplates, all of which can be individually controlled via a user-friendly touchscreen panel. With the ability to turn each cooking area on and off independently, you client’s can have complete control over their cooking experience. So search AGA Classic online! Viking Range – Next Level Iconic

What stood out about this one for me at KBIS 2024 was the available colors, Viking made it known that if color is what you need in your design, you’ll have access to! Monogram 36″ Induction Professional Range
The design of Monogram’s 36″ Induction Professional Range is a beauty. What stood out for me was the sleek design, you definitely want to search up images to see how stunning this product looks. This state-of-the-art appliance offers Precision Temperature Control, allowing your client’s to adjust the temperature of each burner with smart pan technology, it offers four or five burners and an easy-to-clean surface by including edge to edge glass, I haven’t see this done with other induction ranges yet, so you definitely want to see how they made this happen.
